Allowing IP video systems to connect additional non-visual sensors and audio devices, the Axis D3110 Mk II connectivity hub enhances scene awareness with secure sensor and audio integration. The hub contains eight configurable I/O connections, two audio inputs and one audio output, enabling a variety of detection methods and two-way audio. AXIS Audio Analytics comes preinstalled, enabling connected microphones to detect and classify loud sound sounds such as screams, shouts and breaking glass. Users can easily integrate microphones, speakers and sensors via VAPIX, MQTT or SIP and built-in cybersecurity features protect the system from unauthorised access.
