Free delivery to mainland Europe
We offer free delivery to most of mainland Europe. Delivery to remote locations may incur a shipping charge. We will advise you on receipt of your order if this would be the case. Delivery details and tracking
When we receive your order, you will be emailed an order confirmation with a unique order ID, showing your order status. Any order status updates will be emailed to you and will be visible in your account (if you have created one). A shipping reference will be sent separately to you for tracking your order.
Please note that the delivery times indicated in the above table are approximate and depend on stock availability of items as well as your exact location within your territory. Deliveries to remote locations or islands may take longer. Please call or email us if you wish to find out the delivery time to your address. All delivery times given are in accordance with the approximate delivery times provided to us by our carriers. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Time of delivery shall not be of the essence in our obligation to fulfil your order.
Our standard deliveries are made on working days between 0800 and 1800 hours local time. We cannot specify exact delivery times, unless a timed delivery is paid for.
If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address, the package will be returned to the courier's nearest local depot. A card will be left at your address with details to arrange re-delivery of your order or collection from the carrier’s depot.
You must not accept delivery if the item(s) appears damaged on arrival. View further information about damaged items in our terms and conditions.
Do you offer timed and Saturday deliveries?
Yes, we do offer timed deliveries as well as deliveries on a Saturday, but at an additional charge, and only in mainland UK. Please contact us if you require a timed or Saturday delivery as these delivery options are not selectable when you are making your order online.
Please note our standard deliveries are made on working days between 0800 and 1800 hours local time.
We do not offer the option to deliver on a Sunday or a UK bank holiday.
Do you export to the Middle East and Africa?
Yes, we export to customers located in most countries in the Middle East and Africa. Please contact us for further details or a quotation.
Tax information for customers outside the UK
As from 1st January 2021, if you are anywhere outside the UK territory then no UK VAT will be charged. However, please note the authorities of your country may charge local taxes or duties, which will be payable by you, the receiver. Usually, if any local taxes, duties or charges are applicable, either the local authorities or the carriers will contact you prior to releasing / delivering the goods in order to take payment of these taxes, duties or charges from you.
If, for whatever reason, the local authorities or carriers fail to make such charges or obtain payment from you, and instead charge us, NW Security Group Limited, the owners and operators of this website, then we shall be entitled to claim such charges back from you in the equivalent GBP or Euro amount. Under no circumstance shall NW Security Group Limited be responsible or liable for the payment of such duties, taxes or charges. The responsibility and liability for payment of such duties, taxes or charges solely lies with you, the receiver.
If the goods on your order are returned to us by the carrier as a result of your refusal to pay for the local taxes, duties or charges then we shall be entitled to charge you for the costs we may occur from the carriers.
Which carriers do you use?
We use a number of mainstream carriers, including DPD, UPS and TNT, depending on your location and the location of the warehouse we are using. If you have a preference for a certain carrier, please indicate so to us at time of ordering and we will attempt to facilitate your request.
