In complete darkness, individual OptimizedIR LEDs provide monochrome footage up to 20m range in full 360°.
The camera offers next-generation video analytics for faster object detection and more accurate event analysis. Flexible mounting options means it can be mounted directly to walls and ceilings with the included mount, and runs over PoE for reduced installation costs.
AXIS Object Analytics (AOA) reliably detects, classifies, and counts people and vehicles, processing video on the edge for faster alerts. With a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), it reduces false alarms by filtering irrelevant motion. Configure up to 10 virtual rules like line crossing and zone entry to boost awareness. Objects are marked with colour-coded boxes, visible in the camera and management system. Built-in AXIS Image Health Analytics alerts if the image is obstructed or tampered with.
The integrated sound sensor uses AXIS Audio Analytics to detect key sounds such as screams, shouts, coughing fits and abrupt changes in sound level. Events triggered on the camera can be used to activate external IP devices, or trigger the camera to start recording.
This camera also supports other AXIS and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
