Featuring Axis’ latest ARTPEC-8 chipset, the M4327-P fisheye camera is capable of producing 6 megapixel video of the highest clarity. The new chipset also enables for this small-sized camera to provide deep learning analytics, delivering accurate detection of humans in a multitude of scenarios, whilst the units forensic search functions makes it fast and easy to find the specific CCTV footage required. Axis Zipstream technology significantly reduced bandwidth and storage use, whilst forensic details in the video data is retained. Its unobtrusive design allows for installation in any interior, making it suitable for a wide range of environments, including warehousing, manufacturing, hospitality, education, care settings and general office use.
Imaging and Optics
Equipped with a stereographic lens for high-resolution capture throughout the entire image, the Axis M4327-P produces crisp 180° or 360° views in 6MP resolution, ideal for effective monitoring without blind spots. With built-in dewarping and a variety of viewing modes, hemispheric or panoramic views can be produced with minimum distortion, whilst a useful quad view is available to show specific areas in detail. In addition, the unit supports digital PTZ capabilities, enabling you to navigate throughout a wide scene and digitally zoom in on areas for closer inspection. In high contrast scenes, this camera makes use of Forensic WDR technology (to 120dB) and advanced image processing to provide clear, sharp images. The Axis M4327-P produces colour images in low light conditions to 0.16 lux, after which point it will switch to monochrome imaging using the in-built IR cut filter for image capture down to 0.03 lux (does not included integrated IR LEDs). Furthermore, privacy masking can be applied to conceal a specified area or object, whilst still allowing activity to be seen.
Video Analytics
Using the Axis ARTPEC-8 chip, the camera's deep learning processing unit (DPLU) enables more powerful data analysis, facilitating advanced forensic search capabilites that will help you find the required footage quickly. In addition, a suite of Axis Object Analytics accurately detects and classifies moving objects and minimises the amount of false triggers. The M4327-P offers granular configuration, offering flexibility to tailor the detection settings to meet your specific security requirements. Benefitting from an active tampering alarm, the camera will also alert you when it is being tampered with so that immediate action can be taken in response to physical interference with the camera.

Installation and Mounting Options
Factory-focused and featuring digital roll, the Axis M4327-P is straightforward to install. This palm-sized dome measures just 101 mm in diameter and is repaintable without voiding its warranty (provided instructions are followed), enabling it to blend into almost any interior for discreet or unobtrusive monitoring. The image can be configured in 180° panaromic mode when wall-mounted or to 360° hemispheric mode when ceiling-mounted. The fisheye view can be dewarped and configured to four individual video streams, providig camera coverage of a room without any blind spots.
