Optimised for use in the transport industry, the M3057-PLR MK II complies with EN50155 and EN45545-2 standards and is resistant to the shocks and vibrations commonly associated with moving vehicles. Encased in rugged IK10-rated aluminium casing, the camera can withstand impact and vandalism, making it ideal for use in areas exposed to the public. An array of advanced Cybersecurity features comes preinstalled to safeguard the camera from malware or unauthorised access. Advanced imaging technologies are included, allowing the camera to produce high-quality images when lighting is insufficient. Furthermore, Zipstream technology reduces storage requirements by lowering bandwidth, yet the quality of important footage is retained throughout, which can be useful on vehicles with limited space for NVRs or servers for storage. Capable of producing clear 6MP resolution video at up to 60 fps, this camera is well-equipped to deliver useful footage. With its fisheye lens, the camera produces seamless 360° or 180° overviews, depending on where it is mounted. These overviews can be automatically dewarped, with a range of viewing options such as panorama, quad, corner, and corridor views available directly from the camera. Digital PTZ capabilities enable you to navigate across these views via your chosen VMS, enabling you to inspect areas in more detail. In areas of over or under-exposure, Forensic WDR can be used to balance out high-contrast lighting. Optimised for motion, this Axis technology also ensures that few motion artefacts are apparent in scenes with high levels of activity. Full-colour capture is available in dim environments thanks to Axis’ Lightfinder technology and when light levels drop below 0.16 lx, the OptimisedIR LEDs help produce clear monochrome footage with a 20m maximum range of reach.
Video motion detection and an active tampering alarm can be configured to alert users, via email, of possible incidents in real-time. Recording triggers can also be set to save footage of detected events to the storage media of your choice.
Support for Axis applications and third-party applications enables you to create a bespoke monitoring solution that expands the camera’s functionality.

Factory-focused out of the box and featuring digital roll functionality, this camera is easy to install remotely, support for PoE also enables power and network connection to be delivered via one cable, saving you time and equipment costs. Fitted with a rugged M12 connector, you can rest assured that the camera will be able to withstand high levels of vibrations without becoming disconnected. In addition to being IK10 vandal-resistant, the camera’s casing is also IP66/67-rated for protection against dust and water. Moreover, this dome is wall and ceiling mountable out of the box.
