We provide remote Setup Support free of charge to all customers who have purchased products from us. In addition, we provide cost-effective Service Level Agreements (SLA) for customers who are looking for ongoing Helpdesk Support (for system administrators and users) and quick Troubleshooting for when issues arise. There is a further add-on option for System Maintenance, which include pro-active system health monitoring, and performing regular software and firmware updates to keep your system secure and in optimum shape.
Most organisations have a CCTV system already in place. Where the existing system is no longer meeting the business requirements, we offer to assist with providing options for updates and upgrades. Often, this starts with a health check of the existing system followed by our recommendations against the operational requirements and wishes of the customer. Unless otherwise requested by the customer, we will always look to retain existing equipment where practical.
We offer to help you with system design and product selection, including deciding on camera locations, creating schematics, and making recommendations for bandwidth, throughput and storage needs within a system. We can work with you to propose different design options, enabling you to make an informed decision about what is right for your business.
To help you get the most from your system we offer training for system administrators as well as system users. Our training covers topics such as how to set up camera groups, receive alert notifi-cations, perform smart search and forensic searches, set handy bookmarks, evidence export methods, setting user rights and how to configure and use a CCTV system in compliance with data protection laws.
