The camera features i-PRO’s innovative PTZ design, offering a sleek and compact form factor compared to previous models. It delivers smooth 2MP resolution video at up to 60fps, making it ideal for tracking fast-moving objects. Designed for maritime environments, the camera’s ISO 14993-compliant casing resists salt corrosion, ensuring reliable performance in coastal areas exposed to saltwater. Its robust pan-tilt mechanism is engineered to withstand high-speed, repeated movements, providing extended durability and supporting frequent use. Powered by an advanced edge AI processor, the camera conducts sophisticated analysis of objects and their behavior, delivering precise data for enhanced scene awareness and accurate detection alarms. Additionally, it is equipped with advanced imaging technologies to optimise video quality in challenging conditions, including color night vision and powerful IR illumination with a range of up to 280m, ensuring clear visibility in low-light and nighttime scenarios.

Imaging and Optics

The i-PRO WV-X66300-Z3LS offers high-speed, precise navigation for outdoor areas with full PTZ functionality, including 360° endless panning and a 90° tilt range, enabling comprehensive coverage in large environments. Its powerful 40x optical zoom allows for close inspection of areas of interest within the scene.

Featuring a 4.25mm–170mm varifocal lens, the camera can be configured during installation to provide a horizontal field of view ranging from 2.0° to 65°. The integrated gyro image stabiliser ensures clear, blur-free footage even in windy conditions or if the unit is undergoing vibrations.

With true day/night capability and an automatic IR-cut filter, the camera provides video around the clock. In low-light conditions as dim as 0.001 lux, it offers color night vision to produce high-quality footage. For extremely dark environments, its 250m IR illumination delivers sharp monochrome images.

The camera also includes advanced Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) capabilities, ensuring evenly detailed images in high-contrast scenes, making it an excellent choice for environments with challenging lighting conditions.

Video Analytics

This camera supports up to two simultaneous AI analytics applications operating on the device at the same time, enabling accurate detection, classification, and metadata collection on objects and their behavior to enhance scene awareness.

Installation and Mounting Options

Suitable for use in exposed outdoor areas, the camera’s durable aluminium casing is IP66 and IK10-rated for protection against harsh weather and vandalism attempts, and the unit can be used in temperatures between –30 °C to 60 °C. Protected from extreme temperature fluctuations, the camera also has built-in heater and fan mechanisms to remove frost or cool the system down and keep it operable and an integrated dehumidifier system helps to prevent condensation from building up on the dome cover, making sure footage is clear. Designed for straightforward installation, PoE++ reduces cabling and makes integration more manageable by delivering both high-capacity power and network connectivity via a single cable. Storage requirements are kept to a minimum with Smart Coding technology, a handy feature that reduces the bitrate of background footage, whilst keeping key objects in the foreground sharp.
