Featuring i-PRO’s innovative new PTZ form factor, the i-PRO WV-X66300-Z3LS is sleeker and more compact than earlier models and captures smooth 2MP resolution video at up to 60fps, ideal for monitoring fast-moving objects such as vehicles. Engineered for use in maritime applications, the camera’s casing is ISO14993 compliant, protecting it from salt erosion and allowing it to operate well in coastal regions where it will be in contact with salt water and salt spray. Built to withstand repeated, high-speed movements, the camera’s durable P/T mechanism ensures a longer lifespan and more frequent use. With a powerful AI processor at the edge, this unit performs advanced analysis of objects and their behaviour, reporting back precise information and enabling more accurate scene awareness and detection alarms. The camera also features a range of advanced imaging technologies that improve video capture in difficult lighting, including colour night vision and up to 250m IR illumination.

Imaging and Optics

Offering high-speed and precise visual navigation around an open outdoor area, the i-PRO WV-X66300-Z3S features full PTZ functionality, including 360° endless panning and 90° tilt range, making it possible to gain a full overview in large environments. The high-quality 32x optical zoom on this camera enables real-time investigation into specific areas of interest within the scene. Additionally, the adjustable 4.25mm - 136mm varifocal lens enables you to set your horizontal view between 2.4° and 65° at installation. In windy or vibrating conditions, the camera’s gyro image stabiliser keeps footage clear and free from motion blur. True day/night capability with an automatic IR-cut filter enables 24-hour monitoring, and in light levels as low as 0.001 lux, colour night vision is available to produce full-quality footage even if light conditions are insufficient. In the darkest conditions, the camera can engage its impressive 250m IR illumination to produce clear monochrome images. Furthermore, higher level WDR capabilities (up to 144 dB) render details evenly in high-contrast scenes, allowing everything to be seen in difficult light conditions.

Video Analytics

This camera supports up to two simultaneous AI analytics applications directly on the device, enabling accurate detection, classification, and metadata collection on objects and their behavior to enhance scene awareness. Its AI capabilities include video motion and object detection, AI Occupancy Detection for identifying and alerting instances of overcrowding, and AI Privacy Guard, which dynamically masks moving objects for privacy reasons.

AI auto-tracking allows seamless tracking of moving objects across the viewing area, offering valuable insights into key events and the behavior of potentially suspicious individuals. Additionally, the integrated I/O ports enable audio communication and enhanced alarm signaling when external devices are connected.

When paired with Milestone XProtect VMS, the free Active Guard plug-in further speeds up investigations by allowing rapid searches through meta data for detected objects, helping you to more quickly locate the event you need.

Installation and Mounting Options

Suitable for use in exposed outdoor areas, the camera’s durable aluminium casing is IP66 and IK10-rated for protection against harsh weather and vandalism, and the unit can be used in temperatures between –30°C to 60°C. Protected from extreme temperature fluctuations, the camera also has built-in heater and fan mechanisms to remove frost or cool the system down and keep it operable and an integrated dehumidifier system helps to prevent condensation from building up on the dome cover, making sure footage remains clear at all times. Designed for straightforward installation, PoE++ reduces cabling and makes integration more manageable by delivering both high-capacity power and network connectivity via a single cable. Storage requirements are kept to a minimum with Smart Coding technology, a handy feature that reduces the bitrate of background footage, whilst keeping key objects in the foreground sharp.
