The Panasonic BB-HCM701 is a fixed dome security camera that has a compact design for unobtrusive surveillance of indoor environments, such as hotel reception areas, schools and shops.

Overview of Panasonic BB-HCM701
The Panasonic BB-HCM701 is a fixed dome security camera that has a compact design for unobtrusive surveillance of indoor environments, such as hotel receptions and schools. To reduce bandwidth requirements on your network, the BB-HCM701 uses H.264 video compression, significantly reducing the file size of the video feed. Footage from the camera can be stored locally on an SD card (not supplied), if desired.
Alongside this, the BB-HCM701 features built-in motion, audio and shock alarms that can automatically trigger recording and send you an e-mail to inform you of any untoward activity. A built-in microphone lets you listen in to the camera's surroundings, and colour night view can automatically adjust the brightness of the image to compensate for low light conditions.
To simplify installation, the BB-HCM701 is Power over Ethernet-capable. This allows the camera to be powered and connected to the network through a single cable, reducing costs and time taken during installation.
