Engineered to deliver crisp and clear images of outdoor areas at extended distances, this ultra-fast PTZ camera enables detailed scene investigation in a matter of seconds. This intelligent IP camera is equipped with a 6MP sensor, 25x optical zoom, and 700°/sec pan speed for an efficient and reliable monitoring solution, ideal for continued surveillance of high-movement areas. extremeWDR optimises scenes suffering from diverse lighting, with the alternative XNP-C8253R model featuring integrated WiseIR LEDs for night vision up to 200m.

The camera can be manually directed towards areas of interest via your chosen VMS, or the camera can patrol up to 300 preset areas with scheduling. The AI Focus Save function utilises AI to retain the focus settings when a preset view has been applied by the user, which speeds up focusing the camera again when it revisits the preset. Consistently track moving objects with on-board AI-based video analytics which detect and classify objects with precise accuracy, even if they briefly disappear from view. 

The robust IP66 and IK10-rated casing offers effective protection from rain and snow, whilst being resistant to compromise through vandalism. The spin dry, lens heater and defog functions maintain visibility in wet weather by keeping the lens clear for reliable performance all year round. Designed to be easy to install, the PTZ Plus form factor means it is compact and lightweight with simple cable routing, powered by PoE+ (the XNP-C8253R is powered by PoE++ and includes an injector).

Video Analytics

Receive alerts from video analytic events capable of detecting and classifying objects with enhanced accuracy thanks to the on-board AI engine, which can minimise false alarms. The device easily identifies people, faces, vehicles and licence plates for early warning detection, and this granular functionality can apply attribute types such as cars, buses, bikes and trucks to the video captured for easy searching.  Improve general perimeter security and develop insights into business performance by running scenarios such as virtual line crossing, loitering warning and appear/disappear from view. Objects can be visualised on screen in colour coded bounding boxes so operators can keep track of their movement, and the camera can be instructed to auto-track detected objects, following their movement even if they disappear from view for a brief moment.

Alarm inputs and audio detection (via optional microphone) can be enabled via the optional Hanwha Vision SPM-4210 I/O box, allowing the unit to trigger external devices such as speakers and sirens on detection of user-defined events.
