The XNP-C7310R PTZ IP camera from Hanwha Vision has been developed with cutting-edge optics and monitoring technology to engineer a highly advanced, 24-hour CCTV surveillance device. The 4MP image sensor and P-Iris lens captures smooth and detailed video up to 60fps making it ideal for monitoring high-movement areas and fast-moving traffic and machinery. It also offers excellent low-light performance with WDR and WiseIR illumination up to 300m in complete darkness. Alongside full pan, tilt and 31x optical zoom functionality, the camera uses AI-based technology enabling rapid zoom and smooth autofocus.
It retains focus settings applied across multiple preset groups and recalls them for faster autofocus when zooming in. Further use of AI technology enables detection of human faces, with their distance then being calculated allowing for seamless, optimised focus adjustments. Configure up to 300 preset areas which the camera can patrol through during guard tours and scheduling. On-board video analytics detect and classify moving objects using AI algorithms which the camera can consistently track, even if they briefly disappear from view.
Robust and outdoor-ready, the all-weather housing is IP66/67 and IK10-rated, and the unit can operate even in heavy rain or snow with its spin dry, lens heater and defog features maintaining visibility in harsh conditions. Designed to be easy to install with simple cable routing, the unit offers a range of mounting options and is powered by HPoE (injector included).
Video Analytics
Detect and classify objects such as people and vehicles, which can be visualised on-screen with colour coded bounding boxes. Once an object has been detected, the camera can autotrack and follow continually, even if it briefly disppears from view. Receive incident alerts in real-time with reliable accuracy and fewer false alarms thanks to its powerful edge-based video analytics. Objects can be classified further by identifying cars, buses, bikes, trucks and license plates. Scenarios such as virtual line crossing, loitering detection and appear/disappear can be run for greater scene awareness and improved perimeter security.
Alarm inputs and audio detection (via optional microphone) can be enabled via the optional Hanwha Vision SPM-4210 I/O box, allowing the unit to trigger external devices such as speakers and sirens on detection of user-defined events.
Recording and Video Management
Available recording and video management options for this camera:
Example Use Cases

- City centres - deter criminal activity, identify and monitor suspicious behavior, prevent unauthorised area access, terrorism and property protection
- Crowd control - improve health and safety with early detection of incidents within crowds, track perpetrators through busy environments, maintain the peace and law and order
- Car parks / traffic management - count vehicles in area and how many have crossed virtual lines for occupancy measuring, licence plate capture can be enforced further with LPR/ANPR
