Overview of the Hanwha Vision SPM-4210
Featuring 4 selectable I/O ports and 2 audio port, the Hanwha Vision SPM-4210 is an accessory for Hanwha Vision PTZ cameras allowing I/O devices such as alarms, PIR sensors, microphones, and speakers to be connected to Hanwha Vision PTZ PLUS cameras. This handy tool allows you to trigger notifications or alarms when motion or sound is detected on an external device, helping to improve scene awareness.
Used also as a plain I/O box, this device can also enhance the camera’s detection capabilities, allowing you to set triggers based on the audio or movement detected by connected devices. This can enable the camera to move to a pre-set location, start recording or play an audio clip in response to this detection. Powered via Power-over-Ethernet (PoE), along with the unit’s lightweight design with integrated screw holes, installation is straightforward.
