With its 32x optical zoom and 4MP sensor, the high-performance Axis Q1806-LE delivers exceptional image quality even at extended distances. The spacious back box ensures secure cable management, whilst the IDC network connectors makes installation easy. Speaker pairing is supported allowing users to announce audible alerts, which can be powered via the handy PoE out port for external devices. Axis Edge Vault safeguards sensitive information from cyberattackers, whilst the deep learning processing unit (DLPU) vastly improves processing capabilities for advanced data analysis.
Imaging and Optics
This powerful bullet camera is capable of delivering outstanding quality footage thanks to its 4MP sensor producing HD video up to 2880x1620 resolution up to 90 frames per second, perfect for monitoring extremely busy areas with high levels of movement. Capable of 32x remote optical zoom for reliable object identification, this allows users to quickly hone in on specific areas of concern for detailed inspection. Designed to be used outdoor, features such as built-in forensic WDR, OptimizedIR and optical image stabilisation (OIS) mean stable images even in demanding lighting and weather conditions. IR illumination is provided up to an impressive range of 100m, which kicks in when light levels drop to 0 lux to produce clear monochrome pictures.
Video Analytics
On-board Axis Object Analytics can detect and classify moving objects such as humans and vehicles, whilst the deep learning process unit (DLPU) provides powerful metadata analysis for more accurate object identification such as faces, license plate recognition (LPR) and specific types of vehicle. Other features include line crossing, object in area, and loitering detection, as well as support for other Axis and third-party applications allowing users to integrate customised analytics for tailor-made use cases.
Recording and Video Management
Axis Zipstream technology ensures data storage is optimised, by identifying and recording images containing important data more so than unncessary footage, lowering bandwidth and storage requirements up to 50%.

Installation and mounting options
Specifically designed for installation outdoors, this camera's robust aluminium casing is rated IK10 for impact resistance and IP66/67 for protection against extreme wet weather. The included backbox means cables can be kept neat and tidy, with IDC network connectors for easy installation via PoE. Installation aids include pixel counter, remote zoom and focus, level grid and levelling assistant allow for simple configuration. Use of the Axis T94V01C Dual Camera Mount allows two cameras to be fitted back-to-back for a wider coverage area.
The camera can be mounted directly onto a ceiling or wall straight out of the box, however additional accessories can be used for additional mounting options, including:
