Built for monitoring on vehicles and transport, this ruggedised onboard camera complies with transportation-industry regulations, including EN 50155 and EN45545. It comes with an RJ45 or M12 connector, with the M12 being rollingstock certified for trains, trams and buses. It is ideal for helping maintain public safety and staff compliance onboard vehicles, but can also be mounted looking outwards to monitor activities on the track or road. Available in 2.8mm or 3.6mm lens options for 99°and 83° viewing angles respectively, it captures 5MP resolution video in up to 30 fps to ensure important details aren't missed. Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR image processing delivers true colour images in varied lighting and very low light conditions. The integrated microphone allows you to capture live audio to complement video material for better understanding of incidents. The camera can be mounted directly to flat surfaces in vehicles straight out of the box, and is IP66/67 and IK10 rated for effective vandal resistance and weatherproofing.

Video Analytics

Intelligent features come pre-installed including AXIS Video Motion Detection and active tampering alarm. This camera also supports other AXIS and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
