For a sturdy and dependable solution to monitoring exposed outdoor areas, the P1388-LE from Axis is equipped with cutting-edge technology to ensure excellent image quality regardless of weather conditions. The P-Iris lens is kept clear through the front lens heater and defog function for visibility in freezing conditions, with Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR visually balancing out scenes with challenging lighting. Housed within an IP66/67 and IK10-rated casing, this resilient camera captures 4K ultra high-definition footage 24-hours a day, with monochrome images up to 50m in complete darkness thanks to OptimizedIR.
EIS delivers a smooth and consistent video feed with playback up to 60fps to capture all the finer details. Detect motion and classify objects with deep learning analytics for enhanced security and business performance insights. Mounting and installation is made easy with the included mounting arm and PoE support, and redundancy DC power prevents downtime in the event of power outage. Audio capture can be enabled through use of an external microphone.
Video Analytics
Axis Object Analytics (AOA) identifies objects with granular level classification delivered by the on-board Deep Learning CPU which greatly improves accuracy for minimal false alarms. Run up to 10 scenarios simultaneously, including virtual line crossing, object in area and time in area. Objects are visualised on-screen in colour coded bounding boxes (which can be turned off), and user-defined alerts can be configured for enhanced security and performance insights. Classify objects including people, vehicles, cars, buses, bikes and license plates. These attributes are applied to objects as metadata, which also enables Forensic AI search for rapid footage retrieval.
This camera also supports other Axis and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality of the camera to meet more distinct demands.
