Capable of withstanding harsh weather conditions and freezing temperatures, this versatile and robust box camera is specifically engineered for reliable high-performance monitoring of exposed outdoor areas. Its IP66/67 and IK10-rated casing provides effective resistance against the elements and vandalism, whilst the front lens heater and defog function ensures the view is protected against fogging and icing up. The included weathershield features an anti-glare coating for improved visibility in bright sunlight. Capture full colour HD images in 1080p resolution even under challenging lighting conditions thanks to Forensic WDR and Lightfinder 2.0.

The P-Iris and EIS delivers rich and smooth video up to 60fps for detailed monitoring of high-movement areas. Axis Object Analytics (AOA) accurately detects and classifies objects in real-time for enhanced scene awareness and business performance insights. Furthermore, the included mounting arm and PoE support makes installation straightforward, and its redundant DC power capability can prevent downtime in case of a PoE power outage. Audio capture can be enabled through use of an external microphone.

Video Analytics

Configure I/O alarms to trigger on detection of real-time events including on motion detection, virtual line crossing and loitering. These scenarios can also be used to develop actionable insights into business performance, with the camera capable of running up to 10 scenarios simultaneously. Built on a Deep Learning CPU, Axis Object Analytics uses AI-enhanced algorithms to accurately classify objects such as people, cars, buses, bikes and licence plates, resulting in fewer false alarms. Efficiently retrieve any important footage rapidly with Forensic AI search.
