Designed for discreet installation in indoor drop ceilings, this recessed mini-dome camera captures detailed images in 4K resolution at up to 15 fps. Despite it's small form factor, it features a light-sensitive fixed lens with 124° horizontal views for wide angle coverage of exposed areas. Forensic WDR and Lightfinder 2.0 ensure excellent clarity and full-colour video in low light and high-contrast scenes.
The camera offers next-generation video analytics for faster object detection and more accurate event analysis. Flexible mounting options means it can be mounted directly to walls and ceilings with the included mount, and runs over PoE for reduced installation costs. Configuration and setup is easy thanks to direct installation view where the camera's stream can be viewed during setup via the AXIS Installer app on mobile devices.
Analytics
AXIS Object Analytics (AOA) reliably detects, classifies, and counts people and vehicles, processing video on the edge for faster alerts. With a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), it reduces false alarms by filtering irrelevant motion. Objects are marked with colour-coded boxes, visible in the camera and management system. Configure up to 10 virtual rules like line crossing and zone entry to boost awareness. Built-in AXIS Image Health Analytics alerts if the image is obstructed or tampered with.
The integrated sound sensor uses AXIS Audio Analytics to detect key sounds such as screams, shouts, coughing fits and abrupt changes in sound level. Events triggered on the camera can be used to activate external IP devices, or trigger the camera to start recording.
This camera also supports other AXIS and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
