Part of a highly versatile monitoring system when used alongside the Axis F9111 or F9114 main units, the Axis F4105-LRE mini dome captures video in either 720p resolution at up to 180 fps or 1080p resolution at up to 60 fps (main unit dependent). Supporting a wide range of M12 lenses (selectable from the dropdown menu) users are able to select the viewing angle that best suits their application. Also equipped with an IR-cut filter and up to 10m IR illumination, this sensor can capture clear video 24 hours a day, even in complete darkness.

Camera

With a default viewing angle of 110° but a choice of optional lenses that provide views between 41° and 148°, it is easy to find a suitable viewing angle with this flexible sensor. Housed in IP66/67-rated casing for protection against inclement weather, the unit can be used both indoors and outdoors. This robust casing also has added protection from strong jets of hot water thanks to its IP6K9K rating – ideal for use in sterile environments such as hospitals or food processing.

Imaging

In addition to 24-hour video capture and IR illumination, the F4105-LRE also includes Forensic WDR - when supported by the main unit, enabling clear identification of objects and individuals in high-contrast scenes by balancing bright and dark areas of the footage to reduce overexposure. This advanced WDR technology also helps to reduce motion blur in scenes with high levels of activity.

Installation

All configuration takes place through the connected main unit, providing a centralised way to manage video and analytics. This robust unit is IK10-rated for impact protection, as well as being able to operate in temperatures between -40°C and 70°C. Wall and ceiling mounting is straightforward with one additional accessory and the unit can be positioned up to 30m away from the main unit – allowing for flexible installation.

Please note: this sensor unit is designed for use with the F9114 and F9111 main units and is not a standalone network camera.
