Overview of the Panasonic i-Pro WV-SP509 outdoor POE bundle

Bundle combining the HD 1080p Panasonic WV-SP509 fixed IP camera with true day/night capability and the Videotec Punto HI POE external housing, providing an all-in-one external IP video CCTV solution that can be installed easily and cost-effectively through PoE+ support. The housing also comes with included cable managed wall bracket and sunshield.

This outdoor-ready product bundle enables the Panasonic i-Pro WV-SP509 network camera to be used for external applications. With support for PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at), the Videotec Punto Hi-PoE housing provides power and network connectivity through a single Ethernet cable, removing the need for separate electrical cabling therefore reducing cost of installation. The 3.1 megapixel sensor captures crisp HD 1080p video footage, optimised by the advanced Panasonic imaging technologies including Adaptive Black Stretch and Face SuperDynamic.

True day/night capability with an automatic infrared-cut filter enables the WV-SP509 to capture monochrome images in very low light for 24/7 surveillance, making this outdoor POE bundle ideal for every-day CCTV applications that require high quality video footage 24 hours a day such as retail stores, petrol stations and offices. The Panasonic mobile app enables handy remote access via smartphones and tablets to live and recorded video.
