Overview of Panasonic WV-NW502S
The Panasonic WV-NW502S is an IP security camera well suited to implementation outdoors in locations where a surveillance presence is a critical requirement, such as airports, car parks and industrial sites. The camera provides a highly-detailed 3 megapixel image suitable for a wide variety of applications including facial identification. This operates in tandem with Panasonic's Super Dynamic technology, ensuring that the image quality is optimised in high contrast conditions so that people and objects in both highlighted and shadowed areas can be seen clearly.
Built-in motion detection can inform you via e-mail of any untoward activity and trigger recording. For convenience, recordings can be stored remotely or on-board the camera itself using an SD card (not supplied). Alongside this, the WV-NW502S offers true day/night functionality, providing a black-and-white image in extremely poor lighting conditions using an automatically removable infrared filter.
