Compact and robust, this i-PRO U-series camera delivers 2 megapixel (HD 1080p) resolution video at full frame rate. It is ideal for CCTV monitoring in many different scenarios. This is due to its wide range of advanced imaging technologies, such as Colour Night Vision, Super Dynamic WDR and integrated IR night vision. As with all i-PRO cameras, cybersecurity is centre stage, enabling users to comply with strict security frameworks. Additionally, the camera supports Power-over-Ethernet, H.265 Smart Coding bandwidth optimisation, and fog detection as another useful feature. Well-suited to general purpose CCTV surveillance, this camera can be used on premises of any kind.   

Imaging and Optics

Featuring a 2.9mm - 7.3mm varifocal lens, this unit will provide views as wide as 102° down to 44° at its narrowest. Sharp, precise lens set-up is made easy by the motorised focus and zoom feature, enabling this to be done remotely, saving installation time on site. Image quality is the strong point of this unit, with i-PRO's advanced technologies such as Colour Night Vision, Super Dynamic WDR (to 120 dB) and Intelligent Auto (iA), which reduces motion blur by automatically adjusting settings such as ISO and shutter speed relative to conditions, delivering crisp clear video in all light conditions. This is further enhanced by the built-in infrared LED, providing clear monochrome images in complete darkness up to a 30m range, whilst H.265 Smart Coding compression ensures that bandwidth use is low and the forensic quality is maintained. 

Video Analytics

For active monitoring purposes, video motion detection alarms can be configured. In response to potentially suspicious activity, users can either be notified via email or a mobile app. On detection, the camera can start recording to whatever storage media or video management system is chosen, including an onboard SD card (not included).
