An ideal entry-level NVR capable of supporting a small-scale CCTV network when used alongside up to 8 Honeywell 35-Series cameras for a seamless plug-and-play surveillance system. Monitoring is made easy by HDMI/VGA outputs allowing dual connections to local displays, and footage can be viewed via the downloadable Honeywell Smart Viewer (HSV) available on desktop and mobile.

NVR

With a straightforward user interface and support for 8 PoE cameras, up to 3840 x 2160 UHD resolution live video in 30 frames per second can be stored directly to the HDD, as well as a USB port for storage backup to an external device for snapshots and video clips. Smart Codec bandwidth saving is enabled with Honeywell 35-Series cameras, in addition to end-to-end secure video encryption.

Video Management

Monitoring, recording and exporting is made easy by the downloadable Honeywell Smart Viewer, and accessible remotely via mobile allowing full situational awareness. Data can be simply stored directly to the recorder's HDDs, and a handy USB port is used for saving video clips and snapshots to an external device for further investigation.

Video Analytics

Video analytics compatibility with Honeywell 35-Series cameras enhances scene awareness by detecting events such as motion, tampering and intrusion and alerting the user via email, push notification, or integration into a local alarm system via I/O to raise the alarm. This NVR also supports the cameras' audio capabilities, meaning sounds can be detected in the camera area and used as a trigger for alerts.

Installation

This standalone NVR measures 372mm × 313.3mm meaning it can be easily integrated into small-scale security systems without extra mounting accessories. The installation wizard and included guide assists the user through a fast and easy setup.

Please note: This Honeywell NVR does not come supplied with an HDD unless selected. Optional 4TB WD Purple surveillance-grade hard drives (fitting required) can be selected from the dropdown menu above for internal storage, or buy as a drive-less unit to use your own HDDs. These drives are specifically engineered for video surveillance applications, and the optional disks are sized to offer adequate storage for basic, small application usage.
