Designed for use in open outdoor areas prone to low light conditions, this camera features up to 20m IR illumination, three built-in microphones and delivers 360° overviews in a choice of 6MP or 12MP resolution.
Offering a choice of 6MP or 12MP resolution video at full frame rate, this compact and robust outdoor hemispheric dome is ideal for open areas requiring continued surveillance. Equipped with IR illumination, enabling the camera to provide detailed black/white video from up to 20m away, even in extreme low-light levels, the light is also filtered out to not distort colours. Additional features include Bosch Intelligent Analytics, Audio AI detection and weather-resistant casing.
Featuring a hemispheric lens, housed in a robust casing, the unit provides full 360° overviews in exposed locations. Bosch Intelligent Analytics enhance scene awareness by reducing instances of false alarms. Able to distinguish between genuine security events and false triggers, these intuitive analytics provide highly accurate detection, allowing users to focus on what is most relevant to them.
To ensure optimum video capture in high contrast conditions, High Dynamic Range technology is included, allowing details to be viewed clearly so nothing is missed. Dewarping software is available both on-camera or via a PC and allows the original 360° fisheye image to be seen with less distortion. The camera also supports multiple viewing modes, including E-PTZ view, full panoramic view, quad view, and corridor view (when ceiling mounted).
A range of configurable, camera-based video motion detection alarms are available to help alert users of activity via a choice of notification methods. Additionally, one-way audio is available via the three integrated microphones, enabling audio to be heard and recorded from around the camera. Audio AI detection is available to detect, classify and locate suspicious sounds such as breaking glass, gunshots and screaming – enabling a greater level of scene awareness.
The unit’s built-in SD card slot (card not included) allows the camera to be used as a standalone unit or serves as a backup in the event of network failure. Bosch Viewer is a free mobile application that provides basic video management and remote viewing for smaller installations. If users require video management for a large or more complex installation, they can purchase a licence for Bosch Video Management Software (BVMS) or Milestone XProtect, offering more advanced management.
Designed for reliable use in outdoor areas, the camera’s casing is IP66 and IK10-rated for protection against harsh weather conditions and up to 20 Joules of impact – ideal for use in exposed locations prone to vandalism. Easy to install, the camera receives power and network connection via one cable, thanks to Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support – reducing time spent and the equipment needed during the installation process.
