Overview of the Axis TU1001-VE

Vandal-resistant and weather-proof, this robust microphone provides Axis network devices with one-way audio capabilities. Compatible with any Axis IP device with a 3.5mm audio-in jack, it is ideal for applications that require enhanced audio recording and detection.

The microphone’s audio capture is hemispherical – allowing it to record audio from every direction, offering a higher quality audio solution than traditional built-in microphones. It features an IK10 and IP66-rated casing to protect against vandalism and inclement weather conditions. Furthermore, this device can either be wall or ceiling-mounted and conduits can be attached via the AXIS ACI Conduit Adapter (sold separately).
