Built for for demanding and mission-critical applications, this all-in-one bispectral PTZ camera combines dual 1080p visual lens and a 384x288 QVGA thermal lens all through one unit and a single IP address. The fixed 7mm thermal lens provides up to 55° views for wide scene coverage, with the unit’s visual lens offering HD 1080p resolution and powerful 31x optical zoom. Alongside Forensic WDR and OptimizedIR illumination up to an impressive 150m range, this camera delivers enhanced monitoring in all weather and light conditions. The highly sensitive thermal sensor enables high-accuracy detection and early warnings of moving objects, complementing the high-level detail captured by the visual lens.
The device features full 360° endless pan and ground-to-sky view for coverage of exposed areas. Robust and hard-wearing, the device is IP66 and IK10 rated for effective weather and vandalism protection, and includes a built-in wiper for maintaining visibility in wet conditions. The unit can be mounted to walls, poles and corners with additional accessories. The camera is also suitable for repainting with the included repaint template to help better suit its surroundings.
AXIS Object Analytics (AOA) delivers intelligent perimeter detection by combining thermal and visual imaging to provide highly reliable event detection in all lighting and weather conditions. AI powered analytics accurately classify people and vehicles while minimising false alarms caused by wildlife, shadows, rain, or moving vegetation. Implement up to 10 simultaneous scenarios such as virtual line crossing, intrusion zones and loitering rules, with detected objects highlighted on screen for rapid threat assessment and response. Support for AXIS Perimeter Defender enables enhanced area detection capabilities using thermal technology.
This camera also supports other Axis and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
