This affordably priced, vandal resistant mini-dome by Axis delivers high-quality HD 1080p resolution at up to 25 frames per second (fps). Providing a 102° horizontal angle of view, the camera enables users to view a wide area of an indoor scene. Additional features include a built-in microphone for one-way audio; an HDMI output which allows live streaming to an HD monitor and Axis Zipstream technology.
Camera
With true day/night capability and a fixed lens that provides a 102° angle of view, this cost-effective camera enables users to monitor wide areas 24 hours a day. It includes a built-in microphone, allowing for one-way audio capture within the camera’s surrounding area. Two-way audio connectivity is also possible via an external I/O port (interface not included), enabling audio recording and verbal interaction through the camera. Users can livestream footage to an HD monitor via the camera’s HDMI port.
Imaging
The M3075-V produces high quality images, even in strongly back-lit scenes, by utilising Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) technology. In addition, when using Axis Corridor Format, users can vertically orientate the video stream to help maximise area coverage and reduce bandwidth when monitoring narrow scenes.
Video analytics
Users can be alerted through various notification methods, such as email, when motion is detected by the camera thanks to its configurable video motion detection alarms.
Video management
Edge recording enables the storage of video footage onto a MicroSD card (not included) which provides a handy backup of data if connection to the network is lost. Users can download the free Axis Companion application for simple video management of up to 16 cameras with remote access to live views and playback of recordings. For further functionality, this camera can also be easily integrated into other high-performance video management systems such as Axis Camera Station and Milestone XProtect.
Installation
Installation is simplified with support for power over ethernet (PoE) which enables the camera to receive power and network connectivity over one cable, making for a cost-effective solution. The unit’s IK08-rated housing offers protection in exposed indoor areas that are prone to tampering, making this unit a great vandal resistant option.
Please note: there is no power supply included with this unit. It is power over ethernet capable.
