Overview of the Axis M3007-P

The M3007-P is part of Axis' hemispheric camera range, producing 360° hemispheric views suitable for capturing an entire room at once, reducing the number of cameras required for coverage. The camera captures footage from all directions, ensuring there are no surveillance blackspots, and with 5-megapixel resolution, video is clear and sharp with enough detail for a significant amount of digital zoom. On-camera de-warping software adjusts the fish-eye footage captured by the camera, ensuring that video is true-to-life for easy identification of subjects in view.

The camera is well suited to monitoring sensitive areas. Its compact casing resembles a fire alarm or smoke detector, allowing operators to capture events unobtrusively. The camera also features edge-based recording to NAS storage or MicroSD memory cards, reducing system costs as no separate recording device is required.

Typical applications
