Overview of the Axis M3004-V
The Axis M3004-V IP camera provides high resolution surveillance in a compact, vandal-resistant form factor.
The camera's integrated recording system provides low-cost video capture to MicroSD memory cards or networked drives. Along with support for the free Axis Companion software allowing easy management and play back of recorded video and live monitoring of up to 16 cameras.
The M3004-V is easy to install, featuring Power over Ethernet for easy power management and an integrated network cable for quick connection. Video analytics software can also be added to the camera using Axis' Camera Application Platform, allowing intelligent features to be added on a per-camera basis.
This camera has the ability to support the Axis Companion software's mobile app. The free video management platform enables mobile surveillance of any IP camera with SD card recording ability, the app allows the recording and storage of CCTV footage to be managed via the internet. An ideal solution for small and medium sized installations as the user is able to remotely monitor their installation from any IoS or Android device once the app is downloaded to it. The Axis Companion mobile app is available for free download for IoS and Android devices.
