Overview of the 0435-001 Axis M1143-L

The Axis M1143-L IP camera has a compact design and is perfectly suited for use in shops and restaurants to provide a professional surveillance solution. The camera captures footage in high-quality SVGA resolution for excellent image quality, while intelligent video such as motion detection and anti-tamper alarms alert users to events when they happen. The high-efficiency integrated infrared LEDs illuminate an area of up to 15m from the camera, allowing the IP camera to see objects even in total darkness.

The M1143-L also comes with edge recording capability onto an on-board SD card slot built-in (card not included), providing an easy-to-use and reliable recording solution out-of-the-box. The camera is compatible with Axis Camera Companion, bringing together live monitoring and playback of edge recordings into a free, easy-to-use application.

Axis' unique Corridor Format feature produces video with a 9:16 aspect ratio, producing a "portrait" video feed to capture more vertical detail in corridors and narrow spaces. Power over Ethernet connectivity allows the camera to receive power and network connectivity over a single cable, providing flexibility of camera placement and helping to reduce installation costs.
