Overview of Axis M1113-E
The Axis M1113-E is a robust outdoor security camera designed for installation in demanding environments where the camera could be exposed to challenging weather conditions, such as outdoor car parks and university campuses. Its IP66-rated casing offers protection from water, dust and a wide range of harsh climates.
The M1113-E has a varifocal DC-iris lens, providing optimal image quality in a wide variety of conditions. Alongside this, progressive scan technology reduces distortion and motion blur in the camera's video feed, and digital pan/tilt/zoom enables you to crop and focus on specific areas of the camera's field of view for detailed, distraction-free surveillance.
The camera is also equipped with Power over Ethernet. This means that only one cable is required to send both power and a network connection to the camera. This simplifies installation and reduces cost of initial deployment and maintenance. To further expedite installation, a built-in pixel counter provides a simple, quick way to check that image quality for a given area meets with regulatory and/or user requirements.
