Overview of the Axis M1033-W
Axis' feature-packed M1033-W wireless IP camera is ideal for entry-level surveillance. With HDTV, multiple simultaneous H.264 streams, Wireless-Protected Setup (WPS), built-in 2-way audio capability and a claim to be the smallest and smartest network camera there is, this little camera is remarkably well-specified for the price you pay.
For dark environments, the camera has a built-in PIR sensor which detects heat sources and can triggers events based on their movements. Additionally, the built-in white-light LED can provide illumination for clear, bright footage. Its on-board recording system can store video to networked storage drives and with its support for the free Axis Camera Companion software, multiple cameras and their recordings can be integrated into a small-scale professional surveillance system.
