The Axis M1014 is an affordable HD 720p network camera delivering crisp, smooth video at 30 frames per second. Built-in motion detection combined with on-camera recording using a microSD/SDHC card (sold separately), allows for the M1014 to be used as a stand-alone CCTV solution. It is a compact unit with high image quality, low motion blur and a smart design, making this camera an attractive low-cost option for smaller installations. With easy set up in mind, it is well-suited to indoor environments such as restaurants, hotels, boutiques and for home surveillance.

The camera supports on-camera edge recording using MicroSD cards as well as recording directly to network shares (NAS drives) using Axis Companion software allows you to view live feeds or captured events from anywhere using mobile phones and tablet PCs - making for a complete video surveillance solution.

Other features include intelligent motion detection and active tampering to start recording and alert you by e-mail when events occur, while H.264 compression reduces video file size to save on bandwidth and storage space with minimal effect on image quality. The Axis M1014 HD camera comes with a bracket included, allowing wall or ceiling mount.
