Overview

The Axis M1011 IP camera is ideal for indoor situations where cost-effective security is required such as in homes, small shops, restaurants, hotels and small office buildings. The M1011 is functional and compact in design and suited to placement on a ceiling or on a wall. It has been designed with quick, flexible and simple installation in mind.

A live feed from the M1011 can be viewed using standard web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Safari and Firefox - no additional software is required. If recording is a priority, Axis Camera Station One software is included and provides a complete solution for playback, viewing and recording out of the box. It can also alert you by email and include an image attachment.

Built-in motion detection and anti-tampering alarm technology will notify you by e-mail of any activity and can trigger automatic video recording if required. This protects both your premises and the camera itself. The M1011 indoor IP camera is also capable of compressing video using H.264. This video compression technology reduces the amount of resources required for sending video across a network without compromising on image quality, saving bandwidth and storage requirements and reducing running costs in the process.

• The Axiscam.net dynamic DNS service is included with the camera, allowing you to access your video feed over the internet on any compatible web browser using a web address chosen by you, (e.g. mycamera.axiscam.net)
• Comes with the free Axis Camera Station One software, which provides a complete camera, recording and playback solution out of the box for ease-of-use
