This fully networked strobe speaker delivers both light and audio from a single device, making it ideal for responsive alerting and deterrence. It supports AXIS IP devices, AXIS Audio Manager, and third-party VMS via VAPIX, MQTT, and SIP. Deliver live or pre-recorded audio messages, manage zones for scheduled playback, and even play background music. With a built-in microphone and AXIS Audio Analytics, it enables reliable detection of sounds for real-time alerts. A PoE out port allows power to other devices, helping reduce installation costs and convenient integration with a nearby devices.
Its IP66 and IK09-rated housing ensures reliable performance in tough conditions, including vandal-prone or outdoor areas, withstanding temperatures from -40°C to 55°C. Easy to install with Power-over-Ethernet, the unit can be used alongside AXIS Perimeter Defender or ANPR solutions for applications like perimeter monitoring or vehicle access control.
Audio Analytics
The device comes preinstalled with AXIS Audio Analytics which uses trained AI algorithms to detect and classify loud sounds including screams, shouts and glass breaking. Receive reliable alerts in real-time to improve incident response. Adaptive audio detection allows you to set a defined threshold which can trigger an alert if the sound raises above the ambient level, no matter the type of sound.
