Providing an unobtrusive and highly flexible in-ceiling network speaker solution, the Axis C12 series delivers an all-in-one system for voice announcements and background music. Available in small (C1211-E) and large variants (C1210-E), this speaker series connects easily to a network via one cable with support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and is compatible with Axis Camera Station VMS.
Suitably installed in a ceiling recess or protected outdoor areas such as under eaves, this speaker series features a backbox that meets plenum requirements and can be installed with the Axis TC1603 tile bridge for more secure mounting. Two-way audio capabilities are also included with a built-in microphone, which is enhanced by a preconfigured digital signal processor (DSP) – ensuring clear sound recording. Support for edge storage also allows the system to play pre-saved sound clips and easy integration with VoIP telephony and Axis analytics further enhances the applications of these devices. Furthermore, embedded audio management software allows user, content, zone and schedule management – enabling users to manage an entire audio system remotely.
