Capable of HD 1080p at up to 60 images per second, the F-series Vista VK2 1080XVRDPTZ compact IK10 and IP66 rated dome PTZ network camera provides high-end surveillance with 12x optical zoom and 360° endless panning, an auto-focus varifocal lens and automatic day/night switching for robust 24/7 CCTV. Also comprises Vista’s Triple Streaming and Event Boost bandwidth saving technologies, integrated video motion detection, two-way audio ability and support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) to make installation easier. Includes support for edge recording as well as the free 32-channel Vista VK2-CLIENT video management and recording software. This Vista VK2-1080XVRDPTZ PTZ dome camera provides value-for-money and high quality surveillance, suitable for demanding outdoor applications.

The small-sized VK2-1080XVRDPTZ outdoor dome IP camera is part of Vista’s advanced F-series and delivers high frame rate surveillance up to 60 images per second in full HD 1080p resolution, ideal for critical monitoring in fast-paced environments, such as freight terminals and logistical centres. 360° endless panning, 12x optical zoom and 90° tilt enable this camera to effectively monitor large areas in detail, with the auto-focus varifocal lens providing clear, focused image capturing. An automatic infrared-cut filter provides the VK2-1080XVRDPTZ with true day/night functionality for full colour image capture in the day and monochrome image capture at night, providing 24-hour CCTV security. The camera is IK10-rated for tamper-resistance and IP66-rated to withstand dust and heavy rain.

Audio support enables a speaker and microphone to be added (not included) so that sound from the camera’s surroundings can be captured to assist with event analysis, whilst verbal interaction is possible to take place via the camera also. This Vista IP-based CCTV camera delivers accurate and reliable security monitoring through its advanced video motion detection capabilities including tampering and object detection. Clear images are produced in smokey or misty conditions through the camera's defog feature. Noise reduction technology enables the camera to produce high quality images in low light and wide dynamic range improves image capture in scenes that have contrasting light situations.

Users can conserve bandwidth and storage capacity with the Vista Event Boost function, which only records detected activity in high frame rate whilst otherwise continuous recording can take place at a lower frame rate. Additionally, Triple Streaming available in H.264, Motion JPEG or MPEG-4 provides the possibility to individually configure three streams for specific uses. PoE provides for easy and low-cost installation via the Ethernet cable. VK2-CLIENT recording software is included with video management for up to 32 cameras whilst iOS and Android apps also provide remote access to the camera system via tablets and smartphones.
