This PTZ IP camera from Hanwha Vision captures HD 1080p resolution video round-the-clock at up to 60 frames per second (fps) - making it ideal for monitoring busy locations. The IK10-rated unit also features full pan/tilt functionality and a 32x optical zoom for detailed examination of indoor or outdoor areas. In addition, the free SmartViewer 36-channel software is supported, as well as remote access via the Wisenet mobile app and the unit can be easily installed via Power-over-Ethernet Plus (PoE+).
Using the camera’s variable pan/tilt movements (including 360° endless rotation), users are able to precisely navigate across wide areas - particularly helpful when closely monitoring a person or incident. Additionally, powerful 32x optical zooming allows the user to obtain closer views of specific areas that are of interest, and quick close-ups of the original image can be examined using a 16x digital zoom.
A range of imaging technologies help the camera to deliver detailed footage in a variety of lighting conditions. Wide dynamic range compensates for bright light and shadows in a scene to ensure individuals and objects are clearly visible throughout the image. In addition, defog technology is also supported and improves visibility in images captured in fog, haze or smoke.
Configurable video motion detection alarms help to alert users of activity via notifications such as email. These alarms can also be used to prompt tasks such as moving the camera directly to a pre-set location when motion is detected. The auto tracking feature then ensures all activity is captured by continuously tracking objects or people until they are outside the field of view. Various intelligent video analytics, such as virtual line and face detection are also supported to help increase overall scene awareness.
The camera’s audio and alarm I/O ports allow users to connect external devices that can enable features such as two-way audio, or help to enhance alarm signalling. Support for PoE+ reduces cabling by delivering both power and network connectivity via a single cable. In addition, on-board storage provides a backup if the network fails - recording files onto the SD card (not included).
The Hanwha Vision SNP-6320H PTZ network camera provides smooth, 24-hour surveillance footage of wide indoor or outdoor areas that feature high levels of activity. Typical applications include train stations, large car parks and shopping centres.
