Overview of Panasonic i-Pro WV-SP508
The Panasonic i-Pro WV-SP508 is an HD 1080p indoor IP camera that comes packed with features ideal for monitoring indoor locations, with a built-in Face Super Dynamic feature that helps to improve clarity on facial features, ideal for scenarios where recognition is required.
A number of technologies help the camera to record in challenging light conditions. Adaptive Black Stretch and Super Dynamic allow the camera to view light and dark areas at the same time, with a built-in day/night mode to help improve sensitivity in low-light. H.264 compression and VIQS image quality systems help to reduce the strain on network resources with minimal effect on image quality.
The WV-SP508 is Power over Ethernet compatible, allowing the camera to receive network connectivity and power using a single cable, helping to save on wiring costs, while the Auto Back Focus feature adjusts the focus of the camera to the best possible quality at the touch of a button, saving on installation.
