Overview of the Panasonic iPro WJ-NV200
The Panasonic iPro WJ-NV200-CH9 is a network video recorder that supports the monitoring and recording of up to 9 cameras simultaneously, making it suitable for medium-sized installations. The WJ-NV200 supports the entire Panasonic iPro range and selected Axis cameras (contact us for latest supported models). Two HDD slots allow for expandability and flexibility, and a quick setup wizard eases installation by automatically detecting and assigning compatible cameras to the recorder.
The WJ-NV200-CH9 has a built-in graphical user interface when connected to a HDMI monitor. This means that no PC is required to operate the unit. It supports a number of multiscreen options allowing you to monitor a series of cameras at the same time. A front-facing mouse port can be used with any standard USB mouse (a mouse is included with the unit). Camera features can be controlled remotely from the unit, including pan and tilt, zooming, and brightness.
Alongside this, the unit supports a wide variety of alarm inputs and notifications, including the ability to notify you via e-mail of any activity and to trigger a buzzer or on-screen notification. The unit also features integrated face detection software, which can recognise up to eight faces at any one time out of a stored database of 16. An integrated SD card slot enables on-board backup of key information from the HDDs.
