This compact, high-speed PTZ dome outdoor IP camera offers good zoom options with a lens with focal length of 4.7- 94mm, 20x optical zoom and 12x digital zoom; these features allow coverage of large areas with the ability to focus on certain areas in high detail. IP66-rating means the IPS4204ES is protected against dust and rain therefore durable for use outside in a variety of weather conditions.

The IPS4204ES offers full HD 1080p capability with up to 30 frames per second whilst H.264 compression enables video to be streamed at low bandwidth, maintaining high quality. The IPS4204ES camera is capable of making complete 360° rotations at a high speed of 0.15° - 360° per second, allowing users to pinpoint and follow specific activity which can then be seen in detail using the zoom features. True day/night capability through the use of an IR cut filter makes this CCTV camera suited for 24 hour security whilst it can be also used in combination with infrared light.

High image quality is delivered by the 2 megapixel LILIN IPS4204ES IP camera through a number of advanced features. Adaptive tone reproduction enhances contrast in the image alongside wide dynamic range, which uses different exposures to enable all objects in an image to be clearly seen. 3D noise reduction technology further increases quality of an image by suppressing noise, which may appear in low light conditions, eliminating smear and pixelation.

On-board recording is supported so data can be stored on a Micro SD card (not included). This camera supports viewing via iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices. Included with the IPS4204ES is LILIN CMX management software which enables viewing, recording and managing of up to 36 cameras.
