Robust and cost-effective, the i-PRO U1542LA produces 4 megapixel resolution video in a range of light conditions, thanks to its range of advanced imaging technologies such as Colour Night Vision, Super Dynamic WDR and integrated IR night-vision. Equipped with motorised zoom and focus capabilities, this camera is easy to set up and its PoE support reduces cabling for fuss-free integration. Additionally, support for SD recording, built-in cybersecurity features and a vandal and weather-resistant casing make this compact bullet-style camera suitable for general purpose outdoor CCTV.
Imaging and Optics
Delivering quality 4MP resolution video at up to 30 frames per second, the camera features a 2.9 mm – 7.3 mm varifocal lens that creates a horizontal field of view between 44° (narrow) and 103° (wide), with vertical views of 25° (narrow) and 57° (wide). The useful Corridor Mode is included to vertically orientate the video stream, maximising the area of interest in narrow scenes and preventing redundant areas from being captured. H.265 Smart Coding compression also helps to reduce bandwidth and storage used, whilst maintaining image quality. A main advantage of this camera is its image quality in all manner of light conditions, i-PRO’s advanced imaging technologies such as Colour Night Vision, Intelligent Auto (iA) and Super Dynamic WDR (to 120 dB), all ensure the camera can capture detailed video, even in low or compromised lighting. Furthermore, the camera’s built-in IR LED illuminates objects for clear monochrome images, even in complete darkness.
Video Analytics
Video motion detection alarms can be configured to detect suspicious activity and notify you either via email. When an event is detected, a trigger can also be set to start recording to the storage media of your choice, including the onboard SD card (not included). Alarm triggers are supported when integrating this camera with majors Video Management Systems such as Milestone XProtect.

Installation and Mounting Options

Powered by PoE, the i-PRO U1542LA receives both power and network via a single cable, simplifying installation and maintenance. Its 2.5x motorised zoom and motorised focus capabilities also make installation easier by enabling remote fine-tuning of the camera view.
