There are multiple options when it comes to setting the ideal viewing angle on this camera. Fitted with a 2.9mm - 9mm varifocal lens, you can set the horizontal viewing angle between 36° and 115°, allowing you to capture the exact area you require. Additionally, the camera stream can be rotated to reduce bandwidth and optimise coverage when monitoring narrow areas. Designed to capture clear 2MP resolution video at up to 60fps, even if light conditions are sub-optimal, the S2136LA features Super Dynamic WDR technology that makes details in high-contrast scenes visible by balancing out the lighting contrast. Featuring an IR-cut filter, the camera can function 24 hours a day and even captures full-colour footage down to 0.007 lux. This detailed night vision is also enhanced by i-PRO's Intelligent Auto and digital noise reduction, two handy technologies that decrease motion blur and noise in darker images, while maintaining colour reproduction. Furthermore, when the surveillance area is in complete darkness, the IR LEDs activate, illuminating subjects up to 70m from the camera.
