Overview of the Hikvision DS-7616NI-K2/16P

This Hikvision network video recorder supports the recording of up to 16 camera channels and provides a maximum of 12TB storage. An ideal choice for small to medium-sized organisations, the unit includes an integrated Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) switch which can deliver PoE to a total of 16 cameras. Additional features include an integrated HDMI output, which enables the connection of a local display monitor to provide a simple standalone monitoring solution.

The unit supports the recording and monitoring of 16 IP cameras at a resolution of up to 8MP. It also features a basic web-interface, which enables a range of camera and system settings to be configured. Recordings can be set to run continuously, during specific time periods or as a result of an alarm signal. In addition, users can also connect external devices via the unit's integrated alarm and audio I/O ports to help enhance alarm signalling or enable features such as two-way audio (camera model dependant).
