The Canon VB-C60 is an indoor Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) network camera with a 40x optical zoom. With Canon’s advanced optics the VB-C60 delivers clear, crisp images and with a progressive scan CCD sensor and a frame rate of up to 30fps the Canon VB-C60 delivers smooth footage of fast moving people and objects.

The Canon VB-C60 performs well in low and difficult lighting conditions with Smart Shade Control (SSC) able to boost the brightness of just the shaded areas of an image. Also with true day/night switching the camera can automatically switch between colour day viewing and a monochrome night vision which can deliver clear surveillance footage in even pitch black conditions (additional infrared light source required).

With Power over Ethernet compatibility the Canon VB-C60 is easy to install with only one network cable required for both power and data. Like all IP cameras available from Network Webcams, the Canon VB-C60 IP security camera has a built-in web server and can be viewed over a Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN) or via the Internet as a streaming IP webcam.
