Compatible with Bosch IP security systems and easily integrated using Alarm Task Script Language, the Bosch LHN-UC15W-SIP 15W wide-angle horn speaker is ideal for use in small areas (both indoor and outdoor) or open-plan rooms. Featuring a built-in microphone with an Onboard DSP and class D amplifier, this speaker unit can broadcast live announcements with crisp audio quality. SIP protocol is also supported on this unit, allowing users to engage in two-way audio communication. Furthermore, pre-recorded audio can be stored on internal storage, enabling music or audio messages to be broadcast – ideal for promotion in retail stores or sending warnings to individuals in the surveillance area.

Equipped for outdoor use, this speaker is encased in IP66-rated housing to protect it from the effects of inclement weather. Another useful feature when outdoors is the ambient noise level trigger and automatic volume control capabilities, allowing audio to be adjusted to help make it clear and able to be heard – even in windy conditions or areas with loud machinery. Installing this speaker is straightforward as it connects to both power and network via one cable, thanks to Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support. Additionally, the unit is remotely configurable via a handy web-GUI and users can also perform remote health checks to ensure the speaker is functioning correctly.
