This outdoor-ready unit features four 5MP sensors, each offering a 90° view and are manually adjustable, enabling flexible coverage up to 360° overviews. Designed for use with the AXIS Q60-E PTZ series cameras (sold separately) it allows full situational awareness and dynamic response to real-time events thanks to supported AI-based video analytics. Alternatively, if a sensor is not required for overview purposes the original lenses can be swapped for 7.6mm, 14.1mm, 21.4mm or 30.8mm options to provide a narrower field of view and allow the user to focus in on specific areas of interest. With WDR for improved clarity in varied lighting and IP66/IK10 ratings for durability, it’s ideal for wide-area surveillance.
The unit supports PoE and includes autofocus and auto-alignment for quicker setup, minimising manual fine-tuning. The unit can be mounted directly to walls and ceilings with additional accessories, supporting both unit and PTZ camera together.
Please note: This unit is not a standalone camera unless used alongside the AXIS TQ6820-E Solo Kit, or integrated with a compatible AXIS Q60 PTZ camera, which are both available separately.
Video Analytics
Cutting-edge AXIS Object Analytics (AOA) enables reliable detection, classification, and counting of people and vehicles—including cars, lorries, buses, and bikes. It processes video on the edge for faster alerts to speed up incident response. Thanks to the deep learning processing unit, it effectively filters out non-relevant motion such as animals or environmental movement for significantly reduced false alarms. Detected objects are clearly marked with colour-coded bounding boxes, visible in both the camera view and the video management system. Configure up to 10 concurrent virtual rules such as line crossing, zone entry, and area occupancy to enhance situational awareness and gather operational insights.
This camera also supports other AXIS and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
