Overview of the Axis P3384-V

The Axis P3384-V IP CCTV camera is designed for surveillance in the most demanding light environments. The camera's wide dynamic range ensures detail is captured in locations with strong backlight and high contrast conditions, while the Lightfinder feature allows colour footage in light levels much lower than most other IP cameras. For very low light conditions, the camera is also infrared-sensitive, outputting monochrome video to create a true 24-hour monitoring solution.

With a choice between 1MP or HDTV 720p video the camera allows viewers to quickly identify people or objects in view. With on-board recording software, the camera can store surveillance video on SD memory cards or on to networked storage, providing edge recording or providing a backup for improved redundancy.

Modular in design, the P3384-V is easy to install, while the remote focus and zoom feature allows the view to be fine-tuned quickly and easily. The rugged, vandal-proof housing also ensures that the camera can withstand attacks by vandals when installed in exposed locations.
