Designed for reliable, high-quality monitoring even in harsh outdoor environments, this versatile dome camera captures sharp, detailed images 24-hours a day even in extreme weather. It supports 5MP resolution at up to 30 fps in all resolutions, and features a light-sensitive 3mm-8.5mm varifocal P-iris lens, offering a horizontal viewing angle of 34-104°. Forensic WDR and Lightfinder 2.0 deliver excellent clarity in low light and high-contrast scenes, while OptimizedIR provides effective illumination in complete darkness up to 40m range.
Powered by the ARTPEC-9 chipset, the camera offers next-generation video analytics for faster object detection and more accurate event analysis. With AV1 codec compression, it delivers high-quality footage with outstanding detail and superior bitrate efficiency for reduced bandwidth costs. This camera can be mounted directly to walls and ceilings with the included mount, and runs over PoE for reduced installation costs. Remote zoom and focus simplifies adjusting the viewing angle during setup.
Video Analytics
AXIS Object Analytics (AOA) reliably detects, classifies, and counts people and vehicles, processing video on the edge for faster alerts. Powered by ARTPEC-9 with deep learning, it reduces false alarms by filtering irrelevant motion. Objects are marked with colour-coded boxes, visible in the camera and management system. Configure up to 10 virtual rules like line crossing and zone entry to boost awareness. Built-in AXIS Image Health Analytics alerts if the image is obstructed or tampered with.
This camera also supports other AXIS and third-party applications, enabling greater functionality for the camera to meet more specialist demands.
