This high-performance IP camera from Axis is capable of delivering 5 megapixel resolution at full frame rate, or HD 720p video footage at up to 180 frames per second (fps). Part of the versatile P13 series, the unit supports both CS and intelligent CS-mount lenses (i-CS). Additional features include support for Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and a range of advanced imaging technologies for clear image capture - in any lighting condition.
Equipped with a CS-mount, this innovative IP camera offers support for both CS- and intelligent CS-mount lenses (i-CS). The unit's varifocal lens enables the optimum viewing angle to be set during installation and offers wide horizontal views of up to 111°. In addition, multi-view streaming allows specific areas within the camera’s field of view to be cropped and streamed separately for live viewing or recording - helpful when closely monitoring regions of interest.
Axis' Lightfinder technology is supported to provide full-colour viewing in ambient light extremes. Forensic WDR technology is also included to improve images captured in challenging lighting conditions, whilst also ensuring that few motion artefacts are apparent in scenes with high levels of activity. In addition, Axis' Electronic Image Stabilisation (EIS) technology ensures video footage is smooth and steady despite camera movement.
Users can listen to activity occurring close to the camera via the built-in microphone in live view and these audio recordings can also be listened to in the playback. Audio-triggered alerts can be used in conjunction with configurable video motion detection alarms to help inform users of activity via email notification. Additionally, these alarms can also be set to trigger MicroSD card recording (card not included) - ensuring all motion is captured.
A range of handy features are included such as signed firmware and secure boot, which help to ensure the integrity and authenticity of the camera's firmware. Axis' Zipstream technology helps to lower bandwidth and storage levels by optimising the video stream in real-time, removing unnecessary data and allowing important details to be retained. In addition, support for PoE supplies the camera with both power and network connectivity via a single cable – simplifying installation.
The Axis P1377 network camera with CS-mount lens delivers smooth, detailed surveillance footage of indoor areas - in any lighting condition. Typical applications include warehouses, hotel lobbies and banks.
