Packed with features, the Axis M1044-W is a compact IP camera ideal for home or small office surveillance. The camera's body is sleek and compact, yet offers a huge array of integrated features, including microphone and speaker for 2-way communication with people in view, white-light LED for 24 hour monitoring, and an infrared motion sensor to trigger events without any external light.

Additionally, the camera also features on-board recording, either to a MicroSD memory card or to Local network drives, providing low-cost video storage. Despite it's compact size, the camera also captures impressive HD720p video with clear, crisp detail with smooth, fast frame rate. Free single channel recording software is also included should PC-based recording be required.

The camera's integrated Wi-Fi (802.11n) allows the camera to be connected wirelessly, improving flexibility with mounting. On top of this, the box includes a swivel-mount bracket as well as a horizontal shelf mounting clamp.
